
As part of a year-long “Saddle Up & Save” loan education program centered around a western theme brand, Concepts recently merchandised the Gulf Coast Educators lobby to look like a western town. In addition to large ceiling banners, wall posters and brand logos on the doors of each loan officer, the walls were covered with graphic vinyl to give the lobby the look of old wooden buildings. Photos of the 11 Gulf Coast Educators loan officers dressed in western attire are featured in the campaigns direct mail pieces, drive-thru window graphics and web applications.
As a center piece of the office merchandising Concepts construced a 5′ tall boot with plex sides that is used to illustrate the progress being made each month towards a goal of SAVING members $1,000,000 in interest charges over the next year. This display helps entice members to meet with a Gulf Coast Loan Ranger to have their loans refinanced at a lower rate. Cause no one likes to get ambushed with high interest rates!

We congratulate Alaine and Keon and their staffs for these significant accomplishments and for furthering the success of their credit unions through innovative marketing.
CSCU has announced the winners in their 2011 CAMEO Awards competition and University of Illinois Employees Credit Union will receive a 1st Place award in the Overall Credit Category for their 2010 Affinity Credit Card marketing produced in conjunction with Concepts Unlimited.
This new Affinity Card program, initiated in September of last year and featuring the University of Illinois logo and school landmarks
on three different credit cards, has to date issued almost 1,300 cards to members.
Targeted direct mail, TV and radio spots, program ads, email blasts, web ads and campus stadium and arena ads are all being
utilized to promote the U of I affinity credit cards.
Congrats on this impressive win UIECU and have fun accepting this award in Orlando on April 30th during CSCU’s Annual Meeting.
