Situation:  The credit union's membership base is spread across the U.S. with very little local membership support.  A need existed to both drive additional business from a "remote" membership while targeting the neighborhoods near the sole Signature FCU office.

 

Solution: Create a new brand and "Seeing Things Differently" tagline that is being used to aggressively target both members and prospects with Signature FCU membership and service offers.
