Situation:  The credit union was moving from a strategy of defending its turf against new competition to a more aggressive offensive position to attract more business and more members.

 

Solution:  From an initial assignment of effectively introducing Mobile Banking to the northeast Wisconsin market UnitedOne serves, Concepts Unlimited was retained to develop and manage a brand that captures the fun UnitedOne personality and helps tell the credit union's service story to an older and emerging younger audience of potential members.  This new modern image was conveyed across a newly designed website and a variety of media from outdoor and bus boards to direct mail and digital.
